40′ Container Canopy Shelter (C40 Series)

The 40′ Container Canopy turns a pair of standard 40′ shipping containers into a tall, clear-span shelter. By fixing the galvanized truss arches to the container roofs and tensioning the fabric, you gain a wide, protected lane for equipment, staging, or storage without building a permanent structure.

Key features

• Made for 40′ containers – spans 40 ft (12 m) between two same-length containers to form a full-width covered bay.

• Tall working height – canopy arch adds roughly 12 ft (3.6 m) of height above the container tops, giving generous clearance in the center for loaders, trucks, and stacked pallets.

• Configurable frame – available as single or double truss, with arch spacing at 2 or 3 m (≈ 6.6 or 9.8 ft) to suit local wind and snow loads.

• Galvanized steel structure – arches in 76 × 1.8 mm or 60 × 1.5 mm steel, with 60 × 1.5 mm or 48 × 1.5 mm purlins for rigidity and long outdoor service life.

• Flexible end treatments – options for front door, rear door, full rear cover, or half rear cover to balance access and weather protection.
